By signing this Form, the Participant grants permission for the Photographer/videographer to capture, use, and distribute photographic images, videos, or other media representations taken during the photography session or event

Consent and Release:

1. Consent: I, the Participant, hereby grant the Photographer/videographer and their assigns, licensees, and legal representatives the irrevocable right to use my name, image, likeness, and voice in all forms and media for advertising, promotional, or any other lawful purposes related to their business, including but not limited to digital and print media.

2. Ownership: I understand and agree that all rights, title, and interest in the photographs and video, including any copyright therein, shall be the property of the Photographer.

3. Use and Distribution: The Photographer/videographer may use, edit, reproduce, distribute, or display the photographs in any manner they see fit. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing materials, websites, social media, publications, and promotional materials.

4. No Compensation: I understand that I will not receive any compensation, monetary or otherwise, for the use of the photographs.

5. Release: I release and discharge the Photographer/videographer, their agents, representatives, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses, whether at law or in equity, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs.

6. Minors: In the case that the Participant is a minor, I, as the parent or legal guardian, consent to the terms outlined in this Form on behalf of the minor.

7. Duration: This consent and release shall remain effective indefinitely unless revoked in writing by the Participant.
